Thank you for choosing Jumping Jubilee Inflatables, LLC, for your inflatable rental needs in Baldwin County, Alabama! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that you please read and adhere to our rental policy.
- Rental Period: Our rental period is typically for up to 8-24 hours unless otherwise specified. If you need to extend your rental period, please let us know at least 8-24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Payment: 100% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental.
- Cancellation: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your rental, please let us know at least 1 month in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. If cancellation is made within 1 month of the event, we will retain 30% of your deposit as a cancellation fee.
- Inclement Weather: For safety reasons, we may need to cancel or reschedule your rental if there are high winds, lightning, or other severe weather conditions. If this occurs, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
- Setup: Our team will arrive at least 30 minutes before your rental period to set up the inflatable. Please ensure that there is a clear, flat area for setup and that the area is free of any obstacles or debris. We will provide you with safety instructions and guidelines for use.
- Use: Only a certain amount of people at a time should be on the inflatable unless otherwise specified. No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects are allowed on the inflatable. Please follow all safety guidelines provided and supervise children at all times.
- Damage/Loss: You will be responsible for any damage or loss to the inflatable or equipment, including cleaning fees, if the inflatable is returned in a dirty or damaged condition.
